Female billed with hate criminal offense in attack on Asian attractiveness keep operator

HOUSTON – One of two clients associated in an assault inside of a magnificence source shop on St. Patrick’s Working day has been indicted on a dislike crime charge, District Legal professional Kim Ogg announced Friday.

Keaundra Young, 24, was indicted on charges of assaulting Jung Kim on March 17. A grand jury concluded that the assault was inspired by racial bias and additional a detest crime enhancement to the demand.

Youthful was also charged with aggravated assault in relationship with an endeavor to hit a Kim loved ones member with a motor vehicle.

The 2nd woman included in the assault, Daquiesha Rachel Williams, 22, was billed with misdemeanor assault for allegedly hanging a Kim relatives member with her hand.

Lee, who denies the women’s claims of racial profiling, said his mother is executing greater and they just want to place this all guiding them.

“I really do not genuinely truly feel upset or sad. Just like almost nothing. We’re going back to our usual lives,” Lee said.
